Why oh why do I let Allan Jeffries get me so rattled? Ot and I had another fantastic set going but I started to shake the minute I saw him and Salena walk into the club. And I was fine until he tipped me 200L. So I told him I didn't want his tip and decided to return it double. But I was shaking so hard I typed the sentence in chat window instead of his IM window and typed 5400 in the pay box instead of 400! And of course he then asked if I had added up everything he had ever given ME. I just told him it was all I had (and it was, except for any incoming tips) and then muted him because I didn't want any more grief from him. And proceeded to dump him off my HUD! A little later Linri sent me 4400L from Allan, which I returned to her explaining that I had paid him 5400L and that I was sorry he had gotten her involved in our disagreement. And I AM sorry he involved her. Linri used to be a friend, in fact, I would like to think she is still a friend, but she and her co-owner dropped me a couple of months back.
So now I am kicking myself for my foolish pride that has caused me to be totally broke again. I work hard for my tips - I usually don't earn much for 2 hours dancing, but over a week I enough to pay for rent and for one or two new dances each week.
Oh, and in case you think I am a totally bad person, I unmuted Allan before I logged off for the night. I don't like to drop friends and I don't like to mute people. (Except for my period of total insanity once again caused by Allan.)
Now maybe I can sleep....

Emy dear, the idea is to not let him know he still bothers you. Act unruffled. Accept tips or whatever he & Salena say with a smile and a thank you. period.
Nothing else is necessary.
Exactly. If you really dont want the tips from him, pass them on to the venue :)
Now if only I could think of those things when I start to get ruffled. I just wish he would IGNORE ME (but return my 5000 L first!)
Yes he got Linri involved, but why in the world didn't you keep the 4400? it was the wrong amount, but it was the way he thought he could return it to you that you would have accepted.
